This year’s Conference will be held October 7 - 8, 2010, at the Overland Park Convention Center. Our sponsors are excited to join forces with the Learning Disabilities Association of Kansas (LDAK) in holding a “conference within a conference”. Recognizing the correlation between environmental contaminates and learning disabilities, the 2010 Conference will offer a technical track which will focus on these issues. “The Environment and Children” track will include sessions addressing a wide range of environmental issues and their impact on children’s health and development. To facilitate the schedules of LDAK members, the “conference within a conference” will begin the afternoon of Thursday, October 7th and end that evening at a reasonable time.
You won’t want to miss your chance to acquire and or enhance your knowledge on key issues related to public health, children’s health, and the built and outdoor environment!
